Provisional and Original Degree) L2,L3 o Identify network connectivity and bandwidth requirement for cloud connectivity o Deploy, and configure the recommended data network design o Provide support for multi-segment networks and multiple subnets per virtual network along with virtual network routing o Support Client to route traffic between virtual networks belonging to different cooperating accounts (including accounts held by separate entities) o Perform day to day cloud network operations and administration activities such as managing cloud network devices in accordance with Client policies, manage and support cloud network. o Support front-end load balancing i.e., a front-end, load-balancing as- a-service capability. o Support session affinity load balancing and back-end load balancing o Support DNS-based global load balancing and metrics driven load balancing o Provide support in encrypting all WAN traffic between cloud data centers, regardless of what is used for cloud connectivity o Creation and Management of VPC’s o Management of Transit Gateways, Nat Gateways, Storage Gateways, etc. o Management of routing tables o Creation & Management of Route53 & ELB’s o Firewall health and performance monitoring, device monitoring and break fix through the firewall management console o LAN, WLAN and Load balancing o Perform day to day network operations and administration activities such as managing network devices in accordance with client policy o Provide support for Wi-Fi devices and coordinate with Field services for any physical checks Open support cases for Client’s products before Level 3 Co-ordinate with level 3 team members before escalating to level 3 Identify and automate repetitive tasks as needed Build automation scripts,Maintain scripts for system administration Managing and documenting knowledge artifacts.
